Miami NFL FLAG Football is managed by Miami Athletic Club. Miami NFL FLAG was formed in 2022 by the founder, Mayowa Owolabi. The Miami NFL FLAG Football Director is Mayowa Owolabi.
Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment where athletes of all levels of experience and ability can develop their game and their passion for the sport we all love.

The Winter 2022 Season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support.

Winter registration is open and closes on November 1st. After the registration deadline, late registration is based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full, we will build a waitlist and fill openings from the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $25.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy and Coach requests are less likely to be met during late registration.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR FALL 2022:
August 1st: Fall registration begins
November 1st: Early registration closes, last day for a guaranteed spot on a team. Late registration begins. Limit space, based on availability.
Until 1 week prior to the start of the season: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules, and more during this time.
1 week prior to the start of the season: All rosters and schedules will be posted.
November 9th – Mandatory Coaches Training: Virtual Coaches meeting for all coaches and team managers. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball once the background check clears and is assigned to a team after registration closes. A separate email will be sent out to RSVP for the meeting with the Zoom link.
November 10th: Meet & Greet day and first practice! Time and location are posted 1 week prior to the start of the season under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS. Teams will meet the coach and participate in their first practice. Bring your mouthguard, jersey, and flags! Please double-check your player’s roster in your Parent Dashboard.
November 19th: 1st Day of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to the game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS or your Parent Dashboard.
February 11th: Last game day of the season. Final Lombardi and Shula games per posted schedule. Madden playoff & Championship game times are TBD.
EQUIPMENT:
Jersey, Flag Belt, and mouthguard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flag belt, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration, will be shipped directly to your home. Your player MUST have a mouthguard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase one ONLINE for pick up on-site at the Game Day Tent for $5.
Shorts and/or pants without pockets are to be worn during games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down to prohibit a player’s hand or fingers from getting caught in them when pulling flags.
Players can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed.
